Pros

Nice venues Some coworkers are nice to talk to you get a small discount at some venues.

Cons

Supervisors show extreme favoritism Minimum wage, not a penny more If working in extreme can be frustrating horrible customers. Major cuts on work hours Hint. The more people the company hires the less hours are available. less hours+ min. wage + taxes

Pros

Flexible hours, discounts at various venues, meet lots of people, generally a good group of people. Promotions tend to happen fast at the beginning of the peak summer season. Always a fun holiday party.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage. Weather can dictate whether you get cut from a shift or not, so if you're depending on this money for rent, pick up as many shifts as you can when the weather is good. Unless the owner likes, you will likely just stop getting shifts. Think of this as a summer job and nothing more.
