      Pros

      The payment was fair, the benefits were good. Didn't struggle with micromanagement as long as you keep entering your hours.

      Cons

      Struggle to manage holidays, I lost some days due to client holidays even when I was available to work. If there is no project, you're basically out, and there will not be much will to break the non-compete agreement which will also make you non-eligible to work with client. Nothing unexpected on a consulting company, but it is what it is
