      Pros

      Always a great place to learn new things on a project. Depends on project, we may get a wonderful team to work. Probability of getting into worse projects is very low. Company is now taking steps to improve the quality of the employees

      Cons

      PTO and public holidays are less. Maintaining work life balance is challenging. Expectations can be managed by bosses better with customers.

      Pros

      I am working as a full time employee in Columbus location. Good work environment. Very good Management and HR department. If employee has any issues/concerns there will be immediate response from the team (Manager/HR) and they try to resolve as soon as possible. I am happy to be part of Photon Infotech growth and looking forward to serve more years. I am referring couple of my friends to join in Photon Infotech.

      Pros

      Rejoined Photon after break, happy overall, was in technical side earlier, moved to PM stream now. Women's empowerment programs are being implemented and i see improvement in HR initiatives in recent times

      Challenging project but happy to be back
