      There are no office politics which is very refreshing

      Pros

      I am part of the delivery team and I can say that the delivery team is the ace that Photon Infotech has. I like that our team consists of good member ranging from experienced to very talented young folks. The compensation is pretty good and there are several incentives to get if you perform well enough. There are no office politics which is very refreshing.

      Cons

      There are no vending machines in the pantry and in the hallways. I understand the lack of recreational areas but, you guys can do something about the coffee machines, right? I think coffee will absolutely help with the morale of the employees.

      Pros

      Might be an okay place to start you career. A year in photon might not be such a bad thing if this was your first job. If you can survive a year here, you should be able to survive anywhere!

      Cons

      No work life balance No benefits Exit process is a nightmare Bad behavior by management (don't be surprised by very public abuse and threats)
