5yHi Photonite, we are happy you have been part of Photon for 3+ years where you have been able to find growth in terms of learning, this wouldn't have been the case if the culture within Photon is like you claim it to be. Though few temporary policy changes have been made during this pandemic period to align to teleworking, this does not affect the long term benefits of the employees. This is not just with Photon but with the industry as a whole. We are still here to support if you would like to reach out to aid you better.
