You can learn technology to an extent

Cons

* When company is running out of projects, They will ask the employee to take leave ( Forced Leave) If the employee doesn't have leave balance then it will go as LOP * They have a worst Activity Tracker and according to that tracker if you don't have 8 HRS then Management will ask you to apply for leave * Work life balance is terrible * 99.9 % of the time they think profit centric and not about employees

Its good to know that you had a good learning curve with Photon. We would like to emphasize that our PMO team is working exclusively to ensure that employees are optimally allocated to the projects. In this pandemic period, as we are working remotely, all IT organizations are exploring ways to report productivity to the clients without compromising the work life balance for employees. The tracking is not for the hours as you have mentioned, but for the actual work contribution. This also ensures to mitigate any areas where employees might overwork as well.
