      Simply nothing. Good I got out early.

      Worst company to work for. Not sure how they are surviving. All the positive reviews are not real. Company or the bosses do not care for emp and you just have to slog n slog for hrs sometimes more than 10hrs. You've to maintain 10 working hours a day. You've to swipe in/out for loo n lunch. Hikes do not exist. Extremely political. They bid for fixed projects, commit unrealistic timelines and then put pressure on emps. Nothing is easy, even the PF transfer Stay away. A big waste of time.

      Thanks for sharing your point of view. We would like to respectfully disagree. We work for 8 productive hours a day. Change is constant in our business, and Photon serves customers in an industry that changes daily. We appreciate the hard work invested during your tenure. While we understand there are days where there might be extension required based on the role and the capacity of the employee, this is not a standard. We are just wondering why the operational issues you have mentioned here have not been raised with the respective teams for a overall closure.       I had a bad experience with this company. At first their document requirements ranged from every mark sheet and certificate to SSN and passport, they had me wait for 4 months post my interview to get me on the job, finally after I joined there were lot of on- boarding issues. After all this I finally started working and they had some contract issues and my login was off , they had different ways to handle issues and not reach out to client company and extremely poor planning on their end , to top it all their contract with the company had to come to an end within a month or so of my join. I had a bad experience with the company. They did send across the payment for the period but the expectation of wanting to cater to their company and no knowledge of a contract start or end date , makes this company a difficult company to work. As rosy as it may be seem this is not a company you would like to work.
