It's a long list to say. Cheap mentality HR, upper management. While joining they give false promises. When they don't need you as like project ended at the client, they will fire you even if you are not available in the office by calling you despite you being a full-time employee. Don't have basic facilities like coffee/tea vending machines. If we hear the conversation of upper management with their reporters, you can feel the arrogance. And that increases as the tree goes up. Restrooms are pathetic just as like CMBT toilets.

1. Stealing ideas and portraying as theirs. 2. Have zero coding skills. all work is done by offshore and onsite guys take credit for that 3. Management outright lies in the meetings 4. No matter who are surrounded, they always talk in Tamil 5. Even in meetings where other language people are present, they shameless talk in Tamil. The list goes on and on. I do not want to waste more of my time listing all of that here. If you have TALENT, do not join this company.
