I was worked around 8 months as senior software engineer. Most of them who along with me, where terminated in single day without placing into any projects.

Cons

No work life balance whatever project you are working. You shouldn't think of life. If you joined here. They will treat you as paid slaves. Simply terminating the candidates within two months, without placing into project. Be careful before joining too. Don't keep your PL leaves. Don't en-cash even at settlement time.
