This a place you can learn about a Typical Business Analyst Role. If you sustain in Photon, you can sustain in any organization. Apart from Business Analysis skills, you will also know lot about f technically stuffs as you are always a bridge between the Dev team and Stakeholders.

Cons

Best place to work for people who don't have too much personal life. Senior Management is good but some mid level managers do too much of micro Management

The salary package is good for beginners , but you have to be campus placed.

Cons

The package difference for walk-ins and campus placed guys is huge . everybody does the same job and comes for the same shift timing but if you're not campus placed, you can only afford that money for yourself.
