Pros

1. The company has taught me how to not run an IT organization 2. How best you can excuse from work, which basically 90% of the employees do

Cons

1. So called top management has no idea what they talk about. I am 100% sure the company CEO/CTO has no idea what RPA, ML-AI etc. is. They are still stuck in web 2.0 2. Horrible cafeteria - the food literally use to stink. The company has no credibility to attract a proper vendor 3. The Delivery/ Project managers have no technical expertise. Not even basic HTML and XML 4. All client calls use to be joke where client tries to explain the requirement and Business Analyst use to translate in local language to the team lead 5. They had no idea what basic hygiene means. All toilets use to get clean only once a day 6. The Chennai office looks like a pilgrimage where all employees are staying in one big giant room and Bangalore office looks like a servant quarter

Pros

Learning and growth is there.. since many leave the company soon

Cons

There is a bond that employees have to sign not even sure that is legal. it's night shift(long term it will affect your health).even if u get a better opportunity you can't go forward without breaking the bond ( three months gross salary is what is needed to break it).. don't join unless you are really really desperate or can't find another job... Just try to find the attrition rate to understand what I am talking about.. I am not even commenting on the work culture here (read other comments about that). If you successfully complete the bond period during appraisal the management asks you to sign another bond to give you a decent hike. Lots of promises made none kept.
