Rejoined Photon after break, happy overall, was in technical side earlier, moved to PM stream now. Women's empowerment programs are being implemented and i see improvement in HR initiatives in recent times

Challenging project but happy to be back

Forced to work on weekends Need to stretch and complete task No support for employees from management. Firing employees are very common here
