I joined Photon in 2015 for .Net assignment and Photon provides me a platform to learn new platform like Sitecore and successfully got trained and deployed in Sitecore Assignement now. A special thanks to Anbu, Director Technology who trained me and Training Team for arranging the session at right time.

Cons

I got assigned in multiple project parallely, which leads to shortage in time allocation but it made me to do refine my time management skill effectively.

Pros

One of the good place to learn things and explore yourself. Will get a opportunity to work with Higher officials like Vice president and sometimes even with CEO. So it would be very helpful in cracking down all the fears and hesitations we have in work culture. Very great place to work as a fresher so that one can learn a lot and explore various techie things.

Cons

Nothing much, Coffee vending machine is not there and also work time could have been little less.
