      They give jobs to MBA freshers

      Cons

      1. Learning: They are mostly into average websites / web portals. Mobile is just a show as only 1% of them work on mobile apps. As a Business analyst you will learn nothing except designing wireframes 2. Politics: The management is filled with less experienced folks who have risen because of contacts. Hence they are immature in dealing with big customers and employees

But I would like to differ with your opinion about the quality of work that we do. Speaking about the growth of managers there is completely a different equation of people moving up the career ladder with lesser experience.
