1. Salary is more than normal company standards and given on time 2. Exposure to new technologies , but learn on your own.

Cons

1. Very Bad (Micro)management. 2. You will be questioned by everyone , not only by your Team lead, but by all. 3. You can enjoy the salary you get as there is no work life balance. You need to work even on Week ends. 4. Cab facility available, but timing is very bad . 5. Employees are treated like slaves

I am working full time in photon but there was no job security

Cons

No projects... when we are in bench that will be the problem. Based on resource availability only working. no guarantee job. Don't believe job security once got selected.
