      Photon is a great place for widows

      Pros

      Photon supports widows to a large extent. The owners are highly concerned are ready to recommend them in Verizon. Its a good initiative of the company.

      Cons

      There are other issues which also requires attention. The paternity leave is still only 3 days. It should be changed to 7 days or at least 5 days.

      Pros

      They managed to sell into a few big brands, but they're hanging by a thread.

      Cons

      Non-existent onboarding process. Zero HR support. Miserable, inhumane culture. Employees are berated constantly and called monkeys. The senior leadership will tell you straight-faced that they are gods.
