Pros
1. Good Place to Learn (Self learning). 2. was fortunate enough to work under a very good and professional manager. 3. Nothing more i can think off.
Cons
1. No Work/Life Balance, If you leave at your shift time its like a sin. You got to stay atleast 30-60 Mins after your shift is done, personally i did not have a prob with this. (This is for all the poor reps around the floor working under horrible/Unprofessional Managers). 2. 3 managers in a team of 10 People so you got to be prepared to be confused all the time who you got to be listening to and your so called AM's will be of no use but create extra problems instead of performing the task in a simple way. 3. If you come late the whole floor will look at you as if you just got released from jail charged for murder. Either Provide a cab like all other IT Companies or Don't complain. Chennai has super awesome roads and Traffic. 4. Given No of leads and Targets will never have a sync but you still got to do it or else they will put you in PIP :( 5. Tiny Little allotted break times/Long work hours. 6. Executives are treat badly, AM/M's behave like super powers even Top management people in other orgs wouldn't behave like that Lol, C'mons guys if you want your reps to perform gel with them and have a healthy atmosphere and for God damn sake your are JUST managers so know your limit. 7. High Attrition 8. For every small thing your team incharge's will use the heads name, I.e he said not to take a 2 mins tea break if you have a headache, he just saw you going to the restroom so control and be in your seat, Fake it when he is around C'mon he must be a busy person you got to know how to handle your team better instead of using your Boss's name for every small thing. 9. The worst Hierarchy place, you should not do this, you should not do that, you should not say this. Don't you think we know our limits? Please we are just trying to do our job. 10. Micro Management. 11. Pathetic work culture especially for sales. 12. I quit this place for all the above reasons, wasted 7 months of my life and sleep for this useless organisation.

1)Folk of knowledge less Senior employees in Leading roles - u can laugh at times thinking about there decisions. 2)Family bound HR people-- Every newly employed employee will be a relative of some or the other despite the technical competency they have. Photon Family ;) 3)Some managers will be acting as our personal securities so you are safe always.( even they will take a note about the time u spend in rest room, they will be sitting next to you in cafeterias too, so nobody can attack you .) 4)More caring about our career and development. -- Even when u are sick and admitted in hospital the y wont approve your leave for the day, you should work hard to grow in your career dude!!. 5)Hikes were enormous -- i took help of load man to take the hikes given from the organization. 6)Friendly organization employees are just like a family--- yes only family members will be referred in for any project needs 7)Quick response to any query on Appraisal / Hike related issues: managers will tell its done, please speak with HR, Raising a ticket in HR will just be answered within 2 years i think. (Mine still in open state ) ;) 8)Good place to learn -- skill less managerial people behaving like superb skilled so you can learn good acting skills here. 9) Always a fun place to be in-- (daily you can laugh enormously thinking about office.) 10) Updated every day-- i am updating myself every minute how to play internal politics.
Cons
So many negative opinion about the company in glassdoor, even then they are not correcting it. I found it hard to list out every positive things about the organization.
