      Pros

      I have learned a lot from the work here at Photon. I really like that they exposed me to be a part of their teams that handles a lot of good and quality clients. I had the opportunity to be a part of something that I never really believed that I could a part of. It was a very pleasant experience and I will treasure and use the things that I have learned from that experience.

      Cons

      The lack of coffee is apparent in the pantry but, what I noticed is that there are people just walking around the hallways during breaks and lunch time. There isn’t enough space in the pantry to accommodate a lot of people and it really is messing up with me for some reasons. I just can’t stand people walking around.

      Good company to work,Flexible timing and Paid leaves. Overall an excellent place to start one's career. Would definitely recommend this company to others

      No coffee machine No Cab facility No Domitry Some teams are difficult to work with

      1) Great place to learn for any new fresher 2)Exposure to latest tools and technologies 3)Give stress on proper documentation of any product which ultimately helps a lot to a new resource to understand the project and existing scenario. 4)Teams are mostly cooperative

      Cons

      1)Abusive management people think employees like slave and use slangs even 2)Always shortage of time and too much pressure 3)No security or cab facility to women leaving late. Leaving work around 9pm even is a crime. 4)Instead of stressing on product quality they always think of completing project in minimum amount of time 5)No proper estimation while designing sprints
