      Pros

      I love it that they have a results-driven culture here. My colleagues are also one of the bests I have ever had. From my span of stay here, I have been able to learn some of the latest technologies available (android and iOS). Career growth is also an attractive pros for this company.

      Cons

      Lacking coffee machines is quite disappointing on my part (I’m a coffee lover).

      Pros

      Can work independently, Will get a lot of projects and opportunities, Rarely anyone will be on bench, Opportunity to go abroad, HR in Chennai is good and they organize many employee engagement events in Chennai.

      Cons

      No free Coffee, Strict timings (you have to swipe to go to washroom). Poor recreation facilities, Very few projects in Bangalore Branch (mostly deputed at client location), Management is not so great, High difference in salary for same position (No one knows how thry decide on that), Paid parking in Bangalore
