      Pros

      I joined as a fresher in photon. Learnt a lot. Environment under my reporting was awesome. Felt as of i'm in college. Task will not assigned as per seniority, Everybody will be given opportunity to take up the challenges. Good place to start up with.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are less compared to other corporates. Not recommend for married ones. Need to stay up for longer times at some causes.
