      Have lot of opportunities to learn new tech stuffs.

      Very money minded management, job security is less. Onsite opportunities will be given not on merit basis.

      We value your feedback and point of view, but we would like to clarify that your opinions seem to be onsided and biased. As you mentioned that the company is providing new opportunities for technical growth, which inturn provides job security. Photon takes pride of being a performance oriented organization. Where onsite opportunities are decided on a multiple factors on which many are not in the organizations control.
