      Pros

      Abel to work always in new technology You have full freedom while working on project PM, RM, DM all are very good and easily approachable Higher management is not so good they don't have any idea about the what is going on in the project, sometime they will unnecessary do interference in the project.

      Higher management is not so good (They only know money )
