      Pros

      Everything is fast in here, and that is the way I like it. The steep learning curve became a challenge and a goal for me, the management was there all along with their never ending support and guidance. I learned a lot from my time in here. I am so glad that I had the pleasure of getting in this fast paced place of infinite opportunity. Photon is a great place to start your career in the industry. They will give you enough to handle to start up and learn as much as you can.

      There is no good reasons to work in this company.

      Always bad experience I faced from the time I joined this company. They do not bother about employees. They bother only about rules. Photon defined their own rules and regulations and made it as a policy. The company working hour is 10 hours per day. We need to fill the Timesheet everyday, But no use of filling it. All of your salary is calculated by referring Access Log Tool. Access Log Tool also not generating reports properly. If we complaint about that tool, they dont bother about it. They will deduct salary. Also we cannot assure that When they will hold salary, when they will deduct salary. I am 10 year experienced Technical Lead. When I joined Photon, I was happy. After few days, I came to know about HR policies Which is Very very Worst. Project Management also very very worst. Everyday I used to see employees are resigning job. Also heard from some employees they are going to quiet soon. In my 10 years experience I never seen this kind of worst company. ONLY ONE WORD ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS , ..... IF U WANTED TO SPOIL YOUR LIFE, CAREER... YOU CAN JOIN.

      What an amazing experience it was, everything that I did felt so productive and all of my time in Photon was filled with wonderful experiences. I learned about the newest technologies out there and handled my end as n employee. The management really pushed me to be the best that I can be within the boundaries of my limitations and skills. I can safely say that I am a better employee now that I have been to Photon for quite a while. I will never forget the busy atmosphere in there.
