      Pros

      For the past six yrs, I have been comfortable working here. There are a lot of old timers in the company. Good business growth over the last few years, top Fortune 100 clients to work with.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough as the working hours are more, can have more benefits given to the employees. Office culture is aggressive and some times it becomes tough to adhere to this for others. No cab, no coffee vending machines.

      Pros

      Work is challenging and learning curve is really steep. Company provides excellent learning opportunities for every worker. The workplace is results-oriented so it isn’t too strict on rules as long as the output is good. Onsite opportunities for technical folks!
