Excellent exposure to new technologies Awesome infrastructure Salary is paid on time Lots of incentives for a good performer Good managers. There has been some negative reviews by other executives but I feel that they are not true.

Cons

Very monotonous. Work life balance is not there. The open atmosphere is killing our privacy and we feel awkward to make sales pitch in front of many colleagues.

Photon supports widows to a large extent. The owners are highly concerned are ready to recommend them in Verizon. Its a good initiative of the company.

Cons

There are other issues which also requires attention. The paternity leave is still only 3 days. It should be changed to 7 days or at least 5 days.
