      Best in class Engineering team. Flexible Timing(literally none will ask you). Opportunity will be given to top performers regardless of experience.

      If you join as a Fresher,Inspite of good rating you'll never get a good hike and you'll always stick with the fresher's salary forever and you cannot switch the job due to the bond agreement of 2 years tenure Should organise Tech Events instead of useless fun events HR should hire candidates based on their knowledge,Just filling wrong person at wrong position for the business requirements end up with screwing up the project Variable pay is an imaginary salary which you'll never receive 100% inspite of good/bad ratings Worst in class Senior HR team
