      None this company is not flexible... but overworks u at times

      Cons

      No Decent Projects No Management No Food No Coffee Machine they calculate how much time u use the rest room and eat n be outside the premises and deduct from the total time u stay der for a day... n u hav to have a daily time of 9 HRS!!! (minus washroom, food n coffee time) NO CABS Managers dont know what's goin on.. they have 4-5 clients and they r living off it for ages.. EVERYONE wants to manage u!! It's the micro management fiesta. NO Events No get togethers EVERY EMPLOYEE FEELS STUCK HERE.. everyone wants to quit... even HR's
