      Pros

      Thank goodness I found out about Photon. I was looking for a job in programming and Photon gave me one. I am truly thankful that I have a job in a good company with lots of cool benefits and lots of things to work with. They have good clients all round the world.

      Cons

      Some of the training and seminars they conduct are really useful but they hinder with the work. Most of the times they schedule their seminars and presentations in the middle of finishing off a client’s project. It can get distracting.
