      Pros

      If you are bachelor and want to learn new technology in short term then please join photon. Giving Good Package but less increment.

      Cons

      Bad Politics.Experienced people don't join.10hr official timing,but as per tight project delivery, need to seat every day 12 hr to 14 hr in company.work and family life balance get impacted.

      Good Place if you want have strong hold on technologies. Decent Salary. Transperancy. Not much politics.

      Cons

      No flexible working hours. No Cab facilities. No fun activities.

      No Coffee Vending Machines and poor Parking area. Any one can get promotions without relevant experience and finally very poor work/life balance
