Since it's technically not 9hrs of productive time. 4. You will never get any leaves as there is always Pending works. So say goodbyes to your social work and family life.

There is no work life balance.They wont follow any ethics.Manager itself will ask you to work on task eventhough you dont have access to VDI with your credentials.He will ask you to work with someothers credentials.Most of the times managers wants to satisfy the clients.They wont bother about employees.You need to work for min 11 to 13 hours.They will schedule meetings at odd timings.If you are married guy this is the not good place.If you want to get default rating also you need to work min 11 hours or else they give less rating.Their expectations are more.ITs with all project managers.They need everything within less time.You dont have choice to give estimation time.If you have any doubts ask any of employee from Photon except managers and Hrs.
