- Get experience working on multiple apps. - Work on apps for big clients. - Follow cutting edge technology. - Great coworkers and supportive managers. - No politics, good people are given more responsibilities. - Allowed to work from home.

Cons

- Average salary. - If you are not good and mess up, you will get laid off. - If your side of business is not making money, you will get laid off.

We encourage you to discuss your specific salary expectations/concerns with your management team. As for layoffs or performance related terminations, Phunware is no different from other tech companies striving for success in the competitive marketplace, and sometimes difficult decisions have to be made. For me i networked and made a lot of relationship with good big clients to benefit me in the future.

Cons

Executive management flat out lies to your face and will not honor commitments to employees Employees are not treated as humans, rather resources Poor compensation Poor benefits Poor work / life balance Unrealistic schedules Office environment is like a sweat shop

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience working here. Phunware is not the place for everyone but clearly you had a different experience from our other Miami employees. In our Miami office we have 90% retention rate year to date and in 2015 had an 80% retention rate. Best of luck in what's next for you.
