Huge growth in revenue every year Casual atmosphere Flexible hours Rewards those who work hard, are proactive and keep a positive attitude Working with cutting edge technologies in mobile and big data world. Flexibility to work with new programming languages and frameworks

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we are trying to do too much too fast.

I have been working at Phunware for over 6 months and I can surely say its a great place to work. We get to work on very cool technologies and there is a scope for developers to learn a lot. Great colleagues and we have an option to work from home sometimes. There is a kitchen with lots of free food :).

Cons

I did not see any Cons in my 6 months tenure.

Cool boss, nice kitchen and helpful people

Cons

The company is growing fast, so we need some standardized process to help new joins get up to speed. Common theme is people don't know what to do because some step on other's step.
