Pros

Tons of room for growth and development across all sectors. I’ve worked for other defense companies and this one is doing it right. This company cares about its customers and the product it’s delivering as well as the people that are building it.

Cons

“Startup” life isn’t for everyone. Very nose to the grind stone mentality that everyone buys into.
