      Lots of change, most of it good

      Pros

      The company is in a serious rewrite cycle, transforming it's C# infrastructure to AWS - cdk - javascript. There's a big push for monitoring and metrics.

      Cons

      Rapid change can be hard. In the short term, long hours. Expect high turnover as C# folks leave and are replaced by typescript devs.

      Work/life balance, benefits, interesting and rewarding work

      Cons

      If it's a con for you, you're expected to get yourself going and be fairly autonomous pretty quickly.

      Pros

      - Company with an incredible mission, united workforce and a very bright future. If you want to be passionate about the work you do, this is the place to be. - Fun workplace environment. - Highly competitive benefits. - Cutting-edge technologies. - Not only is work-life balance encouraged in writing, but senior management makes it a point to stress this during all-hands meetings.

      Cons

      There may be some growing pains that come with a rapidly growing start-up, but it's great to see management working to proactively address these.
