Pros
huge opportunity to make an impact on the business right away. generally do a great job at screening for good humans, which is awesome. one of the more diverse tech companies i've worked for which is a huge plus. allowed to work remote, but we still get together.
Cons
Usual high growth company growing pains. some departments are very siloed. occasional lack of strategic vision other than "grow!" if we metered the growth and got a bit more directional with it, i think we'd be better off.
