      Pros

      Lots of talented and intelligent individuals coming together to revolutionize an industry that is still very old school in its ways.

      Cons

      Full start up mode, be prepared for lots of quick change and thinking on your feet. (not as much of a con as a warning for those new to startups)

      Pros

      Welcoming work environment where everyone's hard work is appreciated. Our culture is not lacking, we work hard and enjoy celebrating our hard work. When you join Pie, you will know that you have found something special from the first day!

      Cons

      Understand Pie is a startup, you will not get a 9 to 5. But remember you are helping to build greatness, and it is totally worth it.

      No More Sunday Scaries

      Pros

      Since I've began my journey here at Pie, I no longer have the Sunday Scaries, as I look forward to coming here and getting to spend the day with people who have become great friends in just a short amount of time. Great environment, wonderful location, and even better people.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have any cons but it's making me fill this out, so...I guess the only con I have is that it is cold in here sometimes
