Pros

Nice office, get to play with NoSQL and various APIs and lots of data, and some smart folks.

Cons

Too many egos, overly arrogant, long hours, a not so unlimited vacation policy in practice, and a few poor recent hiring decisions in certain key positions.

Pie's team consists of some of the smartest people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I get to do meaningful, challenging work on a daily basis, and our collaborative culture allows everyone the chance to succeed. The great benefits (unlimited vacation time, equity, paid health insurance) are just icing on the [pie].

Cons

No cons! Our work is not easy, but we have a team of A-players to get the job done. If you're looking to show up and collect a check, this company isn't for you.
