Pros

Great work environment with very kind colleagues. The pay was good and I felt very appreciated by upper management. Everyone was focused and seemed to enjoy their job.

Cons

I was not given as much responsibility as i would have liked. I only saw room for so much growth in the position I had. Also not much flexibility in schedule.

Good work-life balance. Some of the mid level management are invested in making better work conditions.

Cons

Upper level mismanagement. Low levels of recognition and encouragement for jobs well done. "It's your job" mentality. Heavy on the politics. Fear of what the public might think, instead of just doing the right thing.
