      The east and west coast regional managers have a lot of experience consider yourself lucky if you are on their team.

      Pay structure unfair and always changing. Promoting managers without industry experience.

      Products are great, support from interntional partners, leadership turning things in the right direction, great discounts, good nsm, over all it is a good company and a good time to be part of Avene - brand is growing

      Cons

      People who have worked here for a long time are very negative. Before the new leadership there was poor accountability. Great products and fun to be part of something that is getting so much traction, but the PF days of not working are over and some are really mad about that and are kicking and screaming to get back the easy jobs they had and they are loud and toxic.
