This was the most unorganized company I’ve ever worked for. There was so much miscommunication and misunderstandings between the reps and management/senior leadership. No one really knew what was going on and every month it was something different (expectations, reports, etc). We were on a contract and not everyone got hired on and their reasonings for not hiring certain people were very petty and unprofessional. Plus many reps salaries were dropped. Everybody just wants to kiss up to the CEO of America who is very dominant and unrealistic. The micromanagement was also
