Sante Active Inc., was a us division of the Pierre Fabre Sante. The operation was very friendly and always looking for ways to improve employee knowledge and understanding around dietary supplements and homeopathic products. The management was very flexible with the needs of the individuals and was not in the habit of micro managing the employees.

Cons

Sante Active lacked a lot of the financial resources to provide a concise message to the customer about what and who they are. They are overwhelmed with the amount of products that they are trying to launch and bring to market

Autonomy and salary. macro management in place most of the time. IT infrastructure is years behind the curve and not getting any better.

Cons

lack of professional advancement oppty's for divisions outside of France headquarters. Power hungry French nationalist running US divisions with no US business market background or experience
