Fantastic products and co workers but challenging leadership.

The products are top of class, the employees within care so much about their jobs and clients.

Cons

The leadership seems to change almost once a year and the only way to get ahead is if you are part of the “in crowd”. Moving up was not an options nor speaking your mind.
