      Products are very well received by accounts Company is based on great ideals towards people/planet When things go wrong mgmt usually tries to make it right

      Cons

      New top mgmt not working out Constant product supply issues Not enough investment in customer service Hard to compete in skincare with our "legacy" products when so much new technology in competitors' products Retail availability of prods
