      Pros

      A fine place to work if your main priority is to balance work and life. Newly introduced flex hours and work from home days are nice perks (when approved) but overall the latest people typically stay in the office is 6:30pm.

      Cons

      Very limited room for growth, anceint administrative processes and shady business practices. There is a high rate of turn over and it is truly a place of business and not a place to “make friends” so building even work relationships is very repetitive with constantly meetings new team members and vendors. A place to conform rather than be creative and certainly not appreciated.
