      Pros

      The company really cares about their staff. Family atmosphere with corporate governance works very well. Amazing Avène skincare and Klorane haircare products. Fantastic atmosphere since a change in UK management in 2019. Working from home and office is widely accepted now. Great marketing campaigns, commercial teams and online capability. Very happy at the Dermo-cosmetic subsidiary unit in UK.
