Good Culture and working for a non profitable organisation. good brand especially in dermo cosmetic, a great capacity to maintain sales for mature product

very closed company, not international any more, not innovative and managed like a "familiary" business, lot of political matters and nod business attitude.

Pros

Multinational company with a very fast paced environment. Learn really well about the pharmaceutical industry and more specifically the dermo-cosmetic. Very friendly people.

Cons

Maybe because I was an intern, but employees were not communicating with me. Sometimes like if I wasnt even there.
