      Pros

      The people within the company are what make it run. The upper management is terrible

      Cons

      The company in the US has gone completely downhill under the current upper management team. They have terrible leadership skills and don’t fix anything. Same problems over and over…no solutions. 8 people have left the company in the last two months. Nothing will change until the current upper management group is gone. No opportunity for growth

      good work life balance fun skincare and haircare products

      no rewards and lack of communication upwards and downwards no growth - even if titles increases you are doing same work everyone seems to want to leave office gossip and strong biases
