Is a great company , good benefits, when I was there I worked a lot of overtime but in the end I made good .

Cons

Sometimes you get a lot of hours and sometimes you don't ...they really don't value the work that everybody puts effort in

If you're lucky enough to get promoted, you're job/life will be a lot easier.

Cons

I've been to HR multiple times about racism and discrimination & have been told that I'm overreacting. Hispanic people are taking over this plant and obviously trying to get rid of white people. It's very discouraging. I have great experience and great customer service & when I came to work here, none of that was appreciated. As long as you're Hispanic, you'll grow with the company. Also, no one that's actually on drugs will get drug tested, just to save the time from firing someone. Not enough pay and benefits for what we do and put up with on a daily basis.
