      Company treats growers as slaves

      Pros

      Company vehicle is a decent pickup truck and they provide fuel and I get to drive it as my own personal vehicle

      Cons

      Service techs have to lie to contract growers (who are mostly Asians) and take advantage of their ignorance of the industry and laws.

      Pros

      You can make a livable wage here, if you are an hourly employee they have tremendous perks such as drawings, tv giveaways, gift cards, and if you are within your 60 days they will baby you and give you almost anything you ask for

      Cons

      once you are salary they work you like a slave hourly team members can make as much as some salary workers with working less than 60 hours a week. Salary workers are required to work a lot more than the paid 80 hours every two weeks that is on the pay check.
