Pros

This place is good about hiring people with criminal backgrounds or less than stellar work histories. If you want to start over and make good money, this is the place.

Cons

You will work 6 days most weeks and the attendance policy can be hard to navigate. Because they will hire anyone, turnover is high.

Can benefit from sale on meat and poultry products. Has good walking area around the lake, you can explore it while you are on break in JBS headquarters.

Politics and Professionalism. Does not seem to encourage diversity, lack of people of color.
